After being bought by Hang Seng Bank in 2013, its building renovation works including infrastructure, floors installation and interior fit-out were commenced in 2015 and completed in 2017.<\/p>\n

Key green and sustainability initiatives were considered, implemented and enhanced during the entire project life cycle from planning, design, built down to operation, maintenance and improvement to lead to a real sustainable building.
